I think This is really terrible problem. First of all, Still continue to leak oil. And ocean is contaminated from oil spill. Second of all, a lot of would be wasted. Many people and sea creatures are struggling with it. we have to take this problem seriously, because this is global problem.

I think I agree with Ryo. The Japanese news can seem quite shallow sometimes.
I don't watch it. It isn't only the language issue. There is a translated version.
It doesn't cover enough of the global issues, in my opinion.

This oil spill is terrible. The Americans seem to want to blame BP even though most the BP workers are America!!
Seems a bit hypocritical to me!!!!

I chose this topic because this news hardly picked up in Japanese medias.
In the world, Such a disaster is happening. This is very serious problem. But Japanese pay attention to only own country as entertainment, as government, as famous person’s scandal.
Follow this one , the international situation have many serious problems. Japanese have to take notice of oversees more. I think so, and I wish so.

This is the reason why I chose this topic.
